Job Coach Training
This training is specifically designed for those in the field who are providing job coaching. This training ensures that job coaches have the knowledge and tools available to support a person with a disability at that person’s work site. Content of the training includes:

Autism Strategies for Employment Success
This training provides autism-specific information and strategies that can be implemented at the work site. This training provides evidence-based practices that ensure employment success for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Content of this training includes:
Social Coach Training
We provide an introduction to the ASPPIRE social coaching model with an initial consultation titled Social Coaching 101. This introductory course is given to community organizations that have contact with adults with cognitive and social challenges. Attendees may be individuals from area high schools, the Intermediate School District, Community Mental Health, Michigan Rehabilitative Services, colleges, and others. Social Coaching 101 topics include:
-Current Autism incidence and statistics
-Structure of the program and the curriculum
Facilitator training provides site staff with everything they need to set up and implement a successful social coaching program. This includes instructional strategies, forms, strategies to connect and work with community partners, and the ASPPIRE curriculum.
ASPPIRE also offers customized training to meet an organization’s specific needs.
